History

The government has established SRPF Group 6 on 9th sep 1965 from a division. This group established to protect the Valuable tree like Shisam Sagvan etc which were cut and stolen during that period from the areas of Nandurbar, Akkalkuva and Shahada. Gradually this group is permanently established on land provided by the S.P. Dhule in Dhule city 18 acres 23 aar city servey no-3465 area 54884.71 built Tubular structure. This group is moved in Mahindale Shivar , Dhule in Aug 2008 at place acquired by Government in 1989 on the area 276 acres 5 aar. Attractive Administrative building with all the facilities has been built by spending 11 crore 11 Lakhs Rupees by Maharashtra State Police. 100 quarters in the camp area and 437 quarters are beautifully built in the vicinity. The 437 Government quarter for inaugurated by the Home Minister on 14/02/2004. 12 crore and 80 lakh rupeesw were spent for these quarters. All the required facilities including school bus are created in the area which are needed for an ideal residencial houses.
